What is an equitable assistant?
An executive assistant (EA) provides administrative support to C-level clients, aiding everyday business professionals with their daily lives. EAs can perform many different roles, including typical secretarial work, project management, travel booking, customer service, data entry, and many other tasks depending on your needs.

Where do you work?
We are 100% virtual. Our assistants work remotely from their home office.
What hours do we work?
We work from 9am — 5pm (EST) Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not work on national holidays.
What is the response time for tasks?
We respond back to emails within 90 minutes. For a faster response, we encourage texts, phone calls, or other chat platforms (Skype, Slack, etc.).
Do hours for monthly plans rollover?
No, monthly plan hours do not rollover. You will be invoiced on your renewal date unless your plan is canceled. You will receive a weekly report every Friday detailing your hour usage, remaining time, and renewal date.
Will the information I provide be secure?
Yes! We require secure information (credit cards, SSN, banking information) to be taken over the phone where it is then uploaded into a secure and encrypted database.
