LUHU is a virtual assistance platform that connects nonprofits and social justice-oriented organizations to equitable assistants, providing seamless administrative support in order to achieve measurable impact.

Why Equitable Assistants?

EAs are often the first point of contact for an external agency, making it absolutely crucial that you select an assistant who is a true embodiment of your organization's values, morals, and vision. We believe that Equitable Assistants are the just take on true administrative excellence.

Your Mission is Our Mission

At LUHU, we've upgraded the “E” in “EA”, ensuring that our executive assistants are grounded in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as, other skill sets that are essential to the work that you do. We are vision-centered and while we value the work of the individual CEO, we also focus on maximizing the impact of your organization in order to expand your reach.

We Know the Language

We seek out those who are truly passionate about making a difference in the world and equip them with the skills to do it. Our Equitable Assistants learn everything from how nonprofits run, to how they are funded, who funds them, and how they can become better suited to aid in all of the individual processes. This looks like aiding in grant research and reporting, membership and partner tracking, calculating donations and expenditures for auditing, presentation, and report creation, analyzing data, and more.

We Believe in What You Do and Why You Do It

We are 'people proficient', focusing on training that helps us to understand concepts like implicit bias, intersectionality, and privilege. Our focus on both the intrapersonal and interpersonal skills of the individual helps us to see the world through a shared lens.

Meet the Founder

At age 19, I began LUHU when I realized that personal connection and "people proficiency” were missing from the administrative field. I embarked on a mission to re-establish the importance of personal connections and social justice in the business arena to ensure longer professional relationships and most importantly, higher rates of measurable impact.

My virtual administration and social work experience are extensive, having started my own virtual assistant journey six years ago. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington (Arlington, TX) and a Masters of Science in Social Work - Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University (New York, NY) along with a degree in Peace & Human Rights.

My number one goal is to help your organization to advance its mission.
